About U.S. Database

U.S. Database began in 1995 as the result of a growing need to find an alternative to the time consuming, hand writing sales order process. Sales reps in the college bookstore industry were the first to contact U.S. Database to establish a better way to prepare sales orders. Working with Tom Foy, an independent sales rep for JanSport®, a new order entry process was developed that utilized a personal computer. When other sales reps for JanSport saw the program, they wanted a copy for themselves. When JanSport began receiving sales orders prepared using this new program, they soon after purchased the program and required all of their sales reps use it.

Soon after discovering the speed of order entry and the new found value of having all sales order history at their finger tips, independent sales reps found a new need to have all of their vendors on OrderAll. A generic sales order entry program was developed with input from the growing OrderAll sales rep community to meet their needs. OrderAll G8EZ is the latest version of this program.

We have now customized the OrderAll sales order entry program to meet the needs of many major clients across the US. Building on this experience, we have developed applications that allow sales orders sent by reps, to be easily downloaded to a centalized OrderAll Server version. This innovative process eliminates the data entry task for your customer service personnel while providing a platform to easily pass the sales order data to existing accounting systems like QuickBooks, MAS90, Great Plains and more.
