OrderAll G8EZ is U.S. Database's newest generic sales order entry program. This product was totally redesigned to meet the new challenges facing sales reps in today's business world. This program is designed for independent sales reps that need a way to write sales orders for several different manufacturers that do not require a specific order form be used. OrderAll G8EZ utilizes standard OrderAll system files that store customer, vendor, and price lists information. To develop the price list, the rep enters the item's style number, description, color and price. Once entered, the item information can be stored in the price list file for later use. Once installed on the sales reps computer, the full power of computer technology is now available to allow sales reps to create accurate order forms quickly, accurately and consistently. On board customer lists, price lists and color lists are all a part of the OrderAll G8EZ programming that cuts order preparation time and improves order accuracy significantly. OrderAll G8EZ is a database program built using FileMaker Pro®. Each order form is stored as a separate record. Using the capabilities of the OrderAll G8EZ program, order information can be quickly and easily organized into useful reports to help the sales force better understand what's happening within their territory. A new Reorder Report was created so Rep's can quickly take inventory counts and recommend product reorders. The added business created from this report will probably pay for the cost of software within a year. Sales reps are routinely bringing their OrderAllG equipped laptops with them when they call on customers. Besides being able to quickly write orders, they also have a complete customer order information system with them to answer most customer inquires. |
